Description
LANGHAM RECTORY ROAD 1. 5214 TM 0333 25/20 Glebe House II 2. Circa 1800 house. Of 2 storeys and 3 bays in gault brick with stone trim and eaves. Centre bay of north front recessed pilastered returns with capitals redolent of a Giant Order. First floor board and plinths, set within a dwarf wall with moulded stone coping. Range of 3 paned and hornless sashes on first storey, with matching sashes left and right on ground storey with portico in recess - this with flat entablature and 2 Ionic columns. Slate roof, hipped and gault brick chimney stacks. (Extensive C19 additions of 2 storeys at east). (RCHM 7).
