Description
DEDHAM STRATFORD ROAD 1. 5214 Bell Cottage TM 0433 26/6 II 2. Early C19 front elevation to older building. Timber framed and plastered, with ridged, gabled and pegtiled roof having 2 end flanking chimney stacks and eaves. Central front door under a square, returned hoodmould. Gothic casement windows of 3 pointed lights either side also under matching hoodmoulds. Two similar casements on first storey. The chimney stacks have moulded off-sets, the plaster is ashlar marked. Lean-to along rear and a gabled red brick over on north of west chimney.
