Description
DEDHAM SCHOOL LANE 1. 5214 (east side) Hammond Builders (formerly listed as Abergale (House on east side 20 yds from High Street) under TM 0533 26/15 Pennypot Lane) 7.4.65 II 2. C17 timber framed, exposed frame and plastered infill. Two storey and attics, gabled roofs pegtiled. Three window range of small paned sashes. Two storey porch to south front with hipped roof and doorway with doorcase and entablature. Central red brick stack, rebuilt. Modern wing to south.
