Description
CHAPPEL SWAN STREET 1. 5214 (east side) TL 82 NE 6/19 Spendpenny Farmhouse II 2. C13 house with exposed timber frame on west elevation. Painted brick wall at south end with flanking red brick chimney, main chimney large and north of centre of length. Sets of 3 casements to left and right of front door, all modern. One large gabled dormer window, roofs ridged and gabled, peg-tiled. Plan rectangular.
