C17 origin, timber-framed and plastered, tiled roofs. Front faced in early C18 brick, finished with a coping, 3 storeys, 7-window range to 1st floor of double hung sashes with glazing bars moulded brick band between ground and 1st floor now partly removed; ground floor has some alterations and 1 small shop front (No 70A). No 69 open pediment doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and 6-panel door. No 70 rectangular fanlight heavy cornice head and 6-panel door. No 70B has a similar doorcase but with carved brackets.
Nos 67 to 75 (consec) and No 1 Queen Street form a group
