2. Early/mid C19 front to C17 or earlier structure. Steep, slated roof; irregular, weatherboarded rear. Front of gault brick, 3 storeys, 5 windows with flat gauged arches, parapet with vestigial pediment. Windows to 2 lower storeys have connected label mouldings, but western part of ground storey altered late C19 with cambered arches to openings.
The Goat and Boot Public House and Nos 71 to 73 (consec) form a group
