Description
ALDHAM F0RD STREET 1. 5214 Rose Cottage TL 92 NW 29/14 II GV 2. C16 house with C18 front elevation. Long range timber framed and plastered at north, pebble dashed at centre of length and red brick in Flemish bond at south end. Two storeys high with ridge and gable roof peg-tiled with modillion cornice. Two chimney stacks and 2 pedimented front doors. Windows mixed modern types with 2 pairs of hornless 6-pane sashes in south frontage. Black weatherboards in centre of rear elevation and on north end.
