1. HIGH STREET 995 (South Side) Summerhouse at No 74 (The Minories) TM 0025 SW 6/278 19.2.59.

2. Originally part of the garden of East Hill House. Mid C18 in Gothic style, probably by James Deane, a local builder. Semi-circular building of red brick stone and rubble with 3 brick buttresses on the west side. Battlemented screen front, with 3 'Gothic' headed arches and arching above.
