Description
BOXTED CHURCH STREET 1. 5214 TM 03 SW 4/4 Cheshunts Cottage II GV 2. Circa 1700 cottage. Timber framed, plastered with ridge and gable roof, thatched. Central red brick plain chimney stack, one storey with attics, lean-to on rear of continuous pitch. Central :front door between 2 leaded casement windows and Gothic Y-traceried windows on first storey in both ends. Inside: Elizabeth I details and a C17 wooden fire surround, mantel shelf and cupboard unit.
