DEDHAM COLES OAK LANE 1. 5214 TM 0432 27/2 Rookery Farmhouse II GV 2. C16 or earlier house framed in timber, the timber exposed with plaster infill. Thatched roof. Comprises a U-plan of 2 storeys with numerous red brick chimney stacks and modern windows. Mostly leaded casements.
