Description
DEDHAM GUNHILL 1. 5214 TM 0333 25/22 Mulberry House II 2. C18 house. Of red brick in Flemish-bond, 2 storeys, gambrelled and pegtiled roof with 2 flat dormers and 2 end chimney stacks. Central door on ground storey in pedimented case with fluted, wooden pilasters. Small-paned sash windows either side, in exposed boxes. First floor string course and 3 window range of matching sashes, dentilled brick eaves cornice. Windows have straight gauged arches, and some internal shutters remain. C19 red brick addition at rear, with hipped, slated roof; of 2 storeys on square plan. C19 railings and gate to frontage.
