Description
FORDHAM WAKES COLNE ROAD (A604) 1. 5214 TL 92 NW 7/33 Friars Farmhouse II GV 2. C16 and later timber framed and plastered house on an L-plan with a unit of exposed timber framing of 2 storeys fronting the street. Roofs ridged and gabled clad with pegtiles. Windows modern leaded casements. A long range with rendered walls and machine-made tiled roof extends north from the return of the plan.
