Description
WIVENHOE BLACK BUOY HILL 1. 5214 Black Buoy Hill Cottage TM 0321 30/56 II GV 2. Early C19 cottage of 2 builds. Painted brick and plaster, both units of 2 storeys. Unit at west on an attenuated plan, with one curved side (north) producing a knife-edge return. Brick dentilled eaves cornice to north-west unit, which has 2 pairs of hornless small-paned sashes, one over one. Eastern range has matching eaves cornice, slated roof, and mixed sliding sashes and casements. A plain door in centre of ground storey north wall.
