Description
WIVENHOE QUAY STREET 1. 5214 Quay Cottage (formerly listed as TM 0321 30/58 Quayside Cottage) 1.6.73 II GV 2. Early C19 house. Of red brick in Flemish bond, of 2 storeys and 2 bays. Roof: ridged and hipped at south, pegtiled with one square plan red brick chimney and eaves. Central door to ground storey with 2 leaves comprising 6 fielded panels. Panelled reveal, doorcase and flat leaded hood. Small-paned sashes on either side and 2 matching sashes on first storey.
