Description
WIVENHOE HIGH STREET 1. 5214 (east side) The Manse TM 0321 30/66 II GV 2. Early C19 house. Of rendered brick with hipped, slate clad roof. Range of 3 sash windows on first storey, small paned with external shutters. Ground storey has an Ionic porch with dentilled entablature and a fielded-panel door with lion-mask knocker and fanlight over. Large-paned sashes on either side, all in exposed boxes. To the left (north) one bay set back, which has 2 doors with glazed tops, margin-barred, and fielded panel in the reveals, in one case with a flat hood.
