Description
STANWAY CHURCH LANE 1. 5214 Bellhouse Farmhouse TL 92 SW 11/61 II 2. Late C16 or early C17 house, timber framed and weatherboarded. Two storeys with red plain tile roof. South front has 2 gables. 1:3:1 window range C19, 3 light casements. Semi-circular windows in gables. C19 pedimented doorcase with plain pilasters and 6 panel door. Two weatherboarded gabled extensions and a modern flat roofed extension on north side. Lean-to extension at east end. Red brick C16 chimney stacks, that at east end having diagonal shafts.
