DOE survey of No 16 North Hill. Grade II. Two storeys, timber-framed and plastered, the roofs tiled. The front block was probably rebuilt in the C18 and has C19 and later alterations to the front, which is faced in brick (1931) with small central gable and upper storey central oriel window. <1>
