17th century house.

DOE survey of No 41 East Street. Grade II. Built in C17, 2 storeys and attics, 2 gabled dormers. Many light leaded lattice windows, all modern. Modern canted bay on ground floor. Coved plaster eaves cornice. The upper storey projects on to the front on curved brackets. <1>
