RCHME survey of 47 East Hill. A 17th century house 'perhaps originally of one storey. It has been refaced with brick and has a modern upper storey and back addition. <1>

DOE survey. House, 18th century and earlier. Timber framed. Two storeys. two window sashes with glazing bats. Modern shop front. Tiled roof. <2>
