17th century range, now demolished.

Survey by RCHME of house forming part of the Kings Head Inn. This 'is of two storeys, timber-framed and plastered and with a modern front; the roofs are tiled. It was built in the 16th or 17th century but little of the original work is visible. Condition- Good, much altered.' <1> (Now demolished)

DOE survey. (Handwritten note in 1971 Greenback held at Museum). No's 22,23 &24 East Hill. Grade II. A group of small C17 timber framed and plastered houses of no particular individual value, but part of the street picture. Each have Two storey's and Two attic domes, the roofs are tiled. The upper storey windows are largely C18 double hung sashe, the ground floor of No's 23 & 24 have a small C19 shop front, underbuilding a projecting upper storey <2>
