RCHME survey of 13 & 15 Northgate Street. 'House, two tenements, has a projecting upper storey on the N front, supported by three heavy shaped brackets'.<1>
DOE survey of No's 13 & 15 Northgate Street. Grade II. C17 building, 2 storeys and attics, timber-framed and plastered, the roof tiled. The upper storey projects on the north front on 3 heavy shaped brackets.<2>
