Full Description

RCHME survey of 105 High Street. House 'of two storeys with attics, timber framed and plastered; the roofs are tiled. It was built in the 17th century but has been much altered. Inside the building are exposed ceiling beams. Condition -Good'.<1>

The DOE survey lumps No's 105 & 106 High Street together. Grade II. Two small C17 buildings with ground floor shops. Two storey and attics, timber-framed and plastered, the roof tiled. The upper storey projects on the south and west sides of No 106 and there is a curved diagonal bracket at the angle.<2>
