Full Description

An east-west robber trench for a Roman foundation found during excavations at 361-362 High Street in 1983. Elsewhere on the site were two other robber trenches, one east-west (MCC1498), one north-south (MCC1500) and the remains of Roman floors, make-up and rubbish (see MCC1506).<1>
