Description
DOE survey of No 3 Scheregate. Grade II. C17 timber-framed and plastered building with the upper storey projecting on the east front with one original shaped bracket. Two storeys, attics and cellars, the roofs tiled. Ground floor shop. Possible invisible remains of Roman Town Wall incorporated in the foundations.<1> See also ECC1664
