Description

DOE survey of the Cross Keys Hotel, Culver Street. Grade III (either delisted or demolished). Small C16 rear wing with the upper storey projecting on the east side. The front block is timber framed & plastered, with tiled roof; the front has been refaced in C19 grey gault? brick with dentilled? eaves cornice; Four window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars. At the E end of the front is a cart entrance with old timber work & curved brackets. <1>
