Description

Survey of Stockwell House by RCHME. The house has an early 18th century front of brick with a moulded band-course between the storeys. Inside the building are some early 17th century moulded ceiling beams and moulded wall-posts. The stair-case of c.1700 has twisted balusters and a moulded rail. There is also an early 17th century door of moulded battens.<1>
